Each One A Gem

For the first concert of our 73rd season  conductor Toshiyuki Shimada has assembled a  collection of some of his favorite pieces;  as he describes it, Each One is a Gem”.  Come join him as we celebrate our return to live indoor performing at beautiful Trinity-on-Main, the perfect setting for the perfect program.

The program includes:

• – Lyric for Strings, George Walker
• – Lark Ascending, Ralph Vaughan Williams
• – Soloist, Stephan Tieszen
• – Salut d’Amour, Edward Elgar
• – Poem for Flute and Orchestra, Charles Griffes
•  – Soloist, Jennifer Berman
• – Symphony No. 40 in G minor, K. 550, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

The concert will begin at 3 pm on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Trinity on Main, 69 Main Street, New Britain, CT.

Tickets are available at a special welcome back price of $20, and may be purchased at the door.
Students with i.d. and children under 17 are free.

Free parking is  available at the Szczesny Garage on Chestnut Street.
Masks and proof of vaccination are required.
