Around the World with Woodwinds

The New Britain Symphony Orchestra will continue its free mini-series of concerts on November 22, 2022 at the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library in Berlin with Around the World with Woodwinds, featuring the NBSO woodwind ensemble performing a delightfully varied program:
- “Aragonaise from Carmen” by Georges Bizet
- “Irish Tune From County Derry ” by Percy Grainger
- “Umoja” by Valerie Coleman
- “Musetta’s Waltz” by Giacomo Puccini
- “Polka” by Dmitri Shostakovich
- “Pavane” by Gabriel Faure
- “George M Cohan Medley” by George M Cohan
The performers are : Jennifer Berman – Flute , Oliver Homann – Oboe. James Forgey – Clarinet. Michael Roberson – Bassoon, and Roger Caruk – French Horn
